DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY TOOK OUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVERED THE PRODUCT. Giving one star only because it is not possible to give 0. My company provided them the downpayment for a trimming machine and after more than 2 months the machine was not ready, despite the contract we signed with them was specifically highlighting that the machine would have been available after 30 days. After them breaching the contract, my company still has not received back the downpayment we already transferred to them, and they refuse to give us information about the money by ignoring all our attempts to get in touch with them. In addition, the employees in touch with the customers are totally unprofessional and disrespectful, mixing private and professional life and not providing information about the status of the orders even after multiple requests. Basically, the worst experience we ever had with a supplier. Not recommended at all
