 The place with a magnificent view overlooking the Hevsel gardens. You can ask for tea with a teapot. You can drink tea and coffee. The price range is quite reasonable. The place could be cleaner.

It is located at a delightful spot where you can look at the Tigris Valley when you get bored of indoor spaces. When you walk down the Dagkapi Square, it will be on your right at the very end of the walls. You will already see the emptiness of the valley. Its tea is fresh, delicious and definitely very cheap? Turn your back to the walls and turn towards the valley and the endless sky. You will see, melodies will rise from your soul ? lots of fun
