Hi. I was at your hotel from 28.08 to 08.09 . In my room, the air conditioning was directed directly to the bed, I caught a cold on the first night and could not be cured before leaving. Several times I went to the reception and asked to change my room, each time I was told that there are no free rooms in the hotel. I offered wait when room released and was ready to move in any time in any other room. I was told it was impossible. My requests to give me the opportunity to talk to the General Manager were ignored, as well as the letter with the request to send an e-mail to the chief of the town.

If you don't understand German stay away from this resort please! Could it be that my Euros are worth less than German Euros? I felt that way. We booked this resort hopping to have a great experience and as soon as we arrive we felt like we were crashing someone else's party. The check-in process was mediocre to say the least. Keys were given and that was it. Knowing what I know now, check-in process should at least take 5 minutes or more to explain how the resort works. In our case we had nothing but the room keys. When we arrived at the room we didn't even had internet. Called the reception: "Sorry we forgot to check you in". Of course you did. The resort is self-explanatory through three things: a daily paper newsletter that is put on every breakfast table, a mobile app and signs everywhere... but all three ARE IN GERMAN. The newsletter English translation looks like a "Lost in Translation" joke. Two paragraphs in German and the translation is just "Dinner". An absolute joke. Also the existence of the app we only knew about 5 days after arriving. Staff talks to you in German, you reply in English and they will keep talking in German. Only some staff know English, but very basic words. Contacted TUI through telephone, no answer. Contacted by email, got an answer one week after. We wanted to buy an excursion to Kekova so we needed to wait for Kenny from TUI NL who only goes to the resort twice a week in a specific hour. But had I booked through TUI Germany I could take advantage of a TUI Office. We raised our uncomfort to the TUI NL rep but he was more concerned to sell us the whole excursions catalogue. We bought Kekova excursion but no plan for that day was given. But the real proof of unprofessionalism was when Kenny told the TUI Customer Service that he had offered us a money compensation and an Hotel change, and according to him we have refused. I understand incompetence but lying is beyond my tolerance. About the resort itself: 1) For non German speaking people who don't get properly briefed at check-in (like us) it takes a while until you get a grip of the hotel, because there are specific timings for everything, you need to get with the programme and if you don't you miss a lot. 2) Room is not 4 star. The room is 3 star. Small, badly architected, and if you get noisy 20 year old kids like we did, then you can hear everything 3) Room cleaning is not good 4) Food is overall very good although me and my wife got diarrea that we tracked back to the carrot juice. Lots of flies on the buffet food it's also probably a cause. 5) Staff is amazing, but some of the main animators and leaders seem to be instructed to only please German speaking people. We tried time and time again to speak in English but were ignored 6) The mechanics of the food and drinks supply is very well architected. You can have breakfast in two different places, also lunch, and food served on the beach restaurant until 5:00pm 7) Day Beds on the beach are very good (25 eur/day), but some people don't respect the NO NOISE signs. Maybe they should raise the age limit. 8) Themed nights is a fun thing but the dress code in colours or types of clothing is ridiculous. Maybe German speaking guests keep coming but I doubt other nationalities will. We won't, but we will return to Turkey for holidays! (not with TUI NL)

The reason we visited the hotel was because of the honeymoon couples. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I prefer everyone around me . When I arrived, everyone's comment on the photos was based on the fact that it was a very nice hotel. And if I ever get another chance, I'il come back again :)

Food is perfect every meal, every day! Service is impecable! The people there are friendly and allways ready to help. The resort itself is kept clean and beautifull at all times. Nothing to complain about exept maybe put up more signs on the restaurants/clubs to show what is what and where is where. Other than that pretty much perfect!

It's an amazing location with great service and food. Restful or active, you may choose for your mood. But there should be more consideration for guests that don't speak German. For example the Robinson event app could have an English version so that we are also informed of the activities.

A perfect spot for green lovers, live night shows and good food. You will never regret it! It is equipped with various sports studios and they offer you daily sports workshops. The resort magically turns into a concept night club say three times a week. Each cent is worth the experience!!

Try their special Turkish cusine place Kuyu restaurant. Overall, it was pretty nice place, but majority of activities are in German, hence make sure you understand some German to participate. I highly recommend this place for people looking for quality time at the intersection of pine trees and great Mediterranean sea.

We arrived in the evening and found ourselves as in a charming Turkish town, where between white cozy houses, surrounded by wild grapes, was the smell of amazing southern flowers. A particularly pleasant moment for us, hungry after the arrival, was that at 11 pm we were able to dine at the chic Gusto restaurant, overlooking the sea, which is open until 6 am! The unique warm atmosphere of the hotel "Marco Polo Club" won my favor. I want to come here again!
