Carsi is the best place you can go to. Their hookahs and teas are awesome. Very warm and friendly atmosphere. I would recommend it to everyone

Beautiful, calm. A place to rest your head. The music chosen is beautiful and peaceful. The music is not at the level of suppressing the conversations. Well tuned.
