★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ürünlerini merak etmeme rağmen soğuk kargo ile gönderim yapmadıkları için Rize'den İstanbul'a potansiyel olarak bozuk gelebilecek kilolarca ürün satın alamayacağım ve bu yüzden tercih edemiyorum.
İşletme cevap vermiş fakat kendilerine n11 üzerinden sorduğumda bu şekilde kargoyla göndermediklerini söylemişlerdi, ben de onun üzerine bu yorumu yapmıştım. Yorum yapıldıktan sonra fikir değiştirmişler herhalde.
Although I am curious about their products, since they do not ship by cold cargo, I cannot buy pounds of products that could potentially come to Istanbul from Rize and therefore I cannot choose.
The business responded, but when I asked them on n11, they said they did not send it by cargo like this, and I made this comment on it. They probably changed their mind after the comment was made.

I ordered on Saturday, it reached me in Antalya on Monday. it was well packaged. They were also interested on the phone when I called. I haven't tasted them yet, but the products look very good. next time i will order more. thanks.

Since I am satisfied with all the products I have bought, I also ordered chestnut honey during my last shopping. However, we did not like it because it is not in the style we are used to. I wrote to them, they called immediately, they said they would take it back unconditionally. I prepared the package, sent the courier home and took it back at their own expense. They also returned my money. Thank you Rizeden to your table.
