★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 yıl önce rize boyner mağazasından almış olduğum montun çıt çıt olan bir düğmesinin kopması sonucu ürünü magazadan garantiye gönderdim sonuç kullanıcı hatasından kaynaklı olduğu için geri gönderildi rize tuketici hakem heyetine başvuruda bulundum ürün hakem heyeti tarafından tekrar incelenerek üretim kaynaklı hata olduğu tespit edildi ve ürün yenisi ile değiştirilmesi konusunda karar verildi ilgi ve alakadan dolayı teşekkür ederim
 1 year ago, I sent the product to guarantee from the store as a result of the breaking of the button of the jacket I bought from the rize boyner store, the result was sent back to the guarantee due to the user error.I applied to the rize consumer arbitration committee, the product was re-examined by the arbitration committee and the product was found to be a product it was decided to change it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11.08.2017 günü bir günlük kalmak için rize ilinde bulunan Aydoğan otel isimli işletmeye geldik. Resepsiyonunda Ismi ertan olan kişi karşıladı 2 kişilik bir odaya ihtiyacımız olduğunu söyledim. Ertan bey de su anda sadece birtane oda var onuda size verelim diyerek en kötü odayı bizi verdi . Oda temiz değildi ve böcekler geziyordu. Daha sonra Sorunumuzu söylediğimiz halde hiçbir çözüm bulunmadı yapılmadı. Otelde sadece 103 numaralı odanın kaldığını iddia eden ertan bey çözüm bulamayınca ve parayi geri odememek icin 703 numarali odayı verdi.Bu sadece bize yapılan birşey olduğunu tahmin ediyorum. Bu şekilde bir hizmet anlayışı olamaz
On 11.08.2017, we came to the business of Aydogan hotel in Rize province for a one-day stay. At the reception, the person whose name was greeted welcomed and said that we need a room for 2 people. Ertan Bey also gave us the worst room saying that there is only one room at the moment. The room was not clean and insects were walking. Although we said our problem later, no solution was found. Claiming that only room 103 is left in the hotel, ertan Bey gave room number 703 in order not to find a solution and not to pay the money back. There can be no such service understanding
