Rize Yatırım A. Ş. bünyesinde faaliyet gösterecek ve 22 bin 901 metrekarelik bir alana yayılmış olan AVM, açık ve kapalı alanlarıyla içerisindeki geniş marka yelpazesiyle her yaş ve zevk grubuna uygun alternatifler sunmaya başladı. Şimal AVM, kolay ulaşımı ve merkezi konumu ile 2 bin 70 m2 çocuk ve genç oyun alanı, bin 909 m2 market alanı,909 m2 yapı market alanı ve 2 bin 975 m2 sinema alanıyla birlikte toplam 117 mağaza sayısı ile kapılarını ziyaretçilerine açtı.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ?Öncelikle Rize'de olması gereken bi eksikti ve bu nedenle güzel oldu. Henüz yeni açılması sebebiyle sanırım hala boş dükkanlar var. Ama Boyner,Mavi,Koton,Defacto,Colins,Watsons,Gratis.. mevcut. Zaman geçtikçe de boş dükkanların yeri dolacaktır diye düşünüyorum.Otoparkı da yeterli seviyede gözüküyordu ??
?First of all, there was something missing that should have been in Rize, and that's why it was beautiful. I guess there are still empty shops due to the new opening. But Boyner,Mavi,Koton,Defacto,Colins,Watsons,Gratis.. are available. I think that as time goes on, empty shops will fill up. The parking lot seemed to be at a sufficient level ??
