★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayın 8 inde kargoya verilip 10 nunda şubeye giden kargo hala Ardeşen e gönderilemedi kimseyede ulaşamıyorum kime sorsam gönderim bilgisini veremiyor ne biçim şube çalışma şekli var anlamadım.
The cargo that was sent on the 8th of the month and sent to the branch on the 10th, still could not be sent to Ardeşen, I can't reach anyone, I can't give the shipping information to anyone I ask. I don't understand what kind of branch work there is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kapıda ödemeli kargo göndermiştim kargoyu 1 hafta boyunca teslim ettikleri halde teslim edildi bilgisi girmediler ve 540 tl paramı yatırmıyorlar arıyorum kesinlikle cevap vermiyorlar. Allahınızdan bulun bu kadar sorumsuz ilgisiz insan biraraya nasıl gelmiş anlamıyorum!!
I sent a cargo with payment at the door, although they delivered the cargo for 1 week, they did not enter the information that it was delivered, and they do not deposit my 540 TL money, I call, they do not answer at all. I don't understand how so many irresponsible and irrelevant people came together!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ehliyetim 4, diğer eşyalarım 3 gündür burada durum cidden canımı sıktı ama kargomu almak için şubeye gelmicem. Yorumlara baktım ve hiç iyi bir şey göremedim sanırım bütün çalışanlar öğle arası PC başında bu yorumları okuyup keyfe geliyor.
My driver's license is 4, my other belongings are here for 3 days, the situation really bothered me, but I will not come to the branch to collect my cargo. I looked at the comments and I didn't see anything good. I think all the employees read these comments at the PC during lunch and enjoy themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gelen kargolar dağıtıma en az 3-4 gün sonra çıkarılıyor. İstanbul'dan 2 günde Rize'ye gelen kargo 4 günde iki mahalle ötesine ancak gidiyor. Bu 4 gün içerisinde kargodan ümidi kesip gelip almamızı bekliyor buranın çalışanları. Kimse gidip almaz, kargolar şubede iyice birikince de hızlıca dağıtıma çıkarmak zorunda kalırlar ise ancak öyle çözülür bu mesele. İyice alıştılar milleti şubeye getirip teslim etmeye. Çok acil değilse bizzat gidip almayın.
Incoming cargos are delivered at least 3-4 days later. The cargo that comes to Rize from Istanbul in 2 days only goes beyond two neighborhoods in 4 days. The employees of this place are waiting for us to come and pick it up, giving up hope on the cargo within these 4 days. If no one goes and buys them, if the cargo accumulates in the branch and they have to take it out for distribution quickly, this is the only way to solve this issue. They got used to bringing people to the branch and delivering them. If it is not very urgent, do not go and get it in person.
