Very good hotel very good staff good service been there a few times I’m glad the The head chef who has been there for a few years is not at the hotel anymore food has improved hundred percent

Nice hotel with great facilities great food but most importantly amazing staff especially Yeed the concierge & cengiz at front desk.

Not this hotel, but the Rixos Sungate just down the road in Beldibi...which doesn't exist on Google maps probably because the reviews would be so bad. I've stayed with Rixos before and have always found them to be at the premium end of the hotel market, however Rixos Sungate could not be further from this. I booked with Jet2 from the UK and was under the impression that there would be several restaurants to choose from based on my 'all inclusive plus' package - however many of these including the tepinyaki were actually closed and were not even included as they required an additional payment. Dissapointingly the main restaurant food was also well below par and we actually went out to eat instead of eating there many times during our stay. Per other reviews the staff here are extremely rude and slow; I like to think of myself as well travelled and certainly don't think I can fly around the world and everyone will speak English. But there is no willing to even understand basic communication. The exception to this of course if if you are Russian...in which case I'm sure this is a fantastic place to stay. I love Turkey it is one of my favourite holiday destinations predominantly because of the people so the above comment about rudeness and unhelpfullness completely goes against any other experience I have had in Turkey but it has certainly ensured that I will not visit Rixos again l.

Perfect for those who wishes to spend time in a calm and cozy atmosphere, surrounded with nature and spectacular view of the mountains and the sea. Helpful staff and good service. A remarkable SPA center with great professionals!

They advertise 5 restaurants but actually only two were open. As for the main restaurant, the food was truly awful (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The other restaurant open (BBQ) was better but we were only allowed to eat there once during out trip. They also have a beach bar that serves lunch which was also better quality. But it was closed half the days we were there for outside events, so guests were forced back to the awful main restaurant. At least you’ll get a seat by the pool because the water was so cold no one wanted to swim in it. The staff were generally polite but not helpful at all. When we complained that our room had bedbugs (and showed the evidence) they just shrugged. When we asked to check out just one hour later than the normal time, they wanted to charge us. It really felt like they weren’t prepared to go the extra mile to make your trip memorable. We did enjoy the jazz singer, particularly after two bottles of the only red wine that they serve throughout the hotel. In summary, not great. Ps, don’t get locked in the toilet because no-one will hear your screams! Ps Rather than delete negative comments on social media, why not address the criticisms. It just shows what poor customer service you get with this hotel

Review It was great to have a cozy hotel like Rixos Beldibi. All of the staff starting from Manager Mr.Turan and others were very professional and friendly. The bartender Ali at the lobby bar was exceptionally nice during his amazing service. We enjoyed everything by ignoring small failures which can happen every where.

My birthday treat was just amazing. With the biggest smile and 3 welcomed with birthday son, baloon and a special cake at entrance. It was a surprise. They sang in English and Turkish birthday song. And as my kids booked me in for mother's day treat. Another surprise awaited for me in my room.

Good hotel, clean, rooms are spacious, lots of facilities, great beach. The only problem, is the food, do not get any expectation from dinner, tasty its not, eatable in best option, after 4 nights there, we where amazed that the chef could not create something delicious once. So.much waste of great products. Breakfast is nice. Great view from the rooms.
