First: the location It is perfect! everything you need is just around the corner Rooms: since most of the time you spend outside it doesn’t really matter how big it is if its clean which it spotless Food: we had only breakfast which was totally ok, we wanted to eat in different places so all inclusive was not our choice Pools: ok for number of guests in september, during the summer with full capacity - not sure Beach is across the street but it could be wavy sometimes, you can find another beach with calm sea just couple bus stations away. All in all great hotel!

Great hotel with kind and helpfull staff speaking in english, german and russian, 50 meters from beach. Food is tasty and different every day. Hotel is quiet and Has nice atmosphere, definitely would recommend it for everyone and for sure will make a booking in Riviera again!

Well 1st night & 1st time here but 1st impressions are definitely good.. very clean place & food was excellent..I'm gluten free & the chef took time to show me around highlighting what foods I can eat & staff said anything I like & want to eat they will accommodate.. typical Turkish people bending over backwards to help.. ?? The rooms are very nice..we had room 538 top floor on back street but scenery was still beautiful.. good size balcony & the room was more then adequate & a very nice bathroom with big walk in shower.. just didn't want to get out the shower..?.. well worth the upgrade to all inclusive 2nd week with food plentiful & the drinks are very good measures & quality brands as I do like Gilbeys gin & vodka.. staff are so pleasant.. Finally home(12th April)after 2weeks & back a very happy customer.. GREAT JOB beautiful place.. teşekkür ederim..

Room was very clean, dining room offered huge choices of great food, staff was helpful, I even enjoyed the cats visiting.

Perfect Location with a poor Front Office The hotel is located at the center of Cleopatra Beach with easy access to the shore. The hotel has its own shore and guests can get sunbeds and umbrella with a price of 15TL/ea. If you pay for 5 in advance, they give 1 for free. They say the beach closes at 19:00hrs but it never closes; so don't worry! All staff (in the restaurant, on the beach - except for the reception) are extremely helpful and kind. The main problem of the hotel is the Front Office. They don't listen, they don't understand and they write answers with too many grammar mistakes, so inattentively. You cannot even read without any difficulty. Guest Relations employee is a kind lady. She is the one who listens and tries to fix the broken vases. :((( The room is extremely small so that your laptop will be a literally laptop computer in your room during your stay. Towels, sheets and cushions are clean and quality. You will NOT find sleepers, even a kettle in the rooms. The air conditioner works well and enough for such a small space. Internet connection is pretty fast! You will surf at all applications without any problems or disconnections. In conclusion; the hotel owners made a huge investment and the hotel deserves a high rating if they replace Front Office staff. I may come back to stay in this hotel and I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everybody in the hotel, room service and restaurant for their kind service.

A mix of reasonable and unacceptable. The place is visibly dated and badly require some update. Seems to be targeted on German retirees. On good side - the location is good. On not so good: male staff seems quite unhappy and any requests from the guest seem to abuse their dignity. In stark contrast reception lady was helpful and willing to go extra mile. The sea view room we got (509) was quite nice but terribly noisy because of loud parties at the pool.
