The owners of the hotel are so friendly and sincere that I will come back again and again just for the atmosphere ? also the food is amazing ? the pool, the rooms are very clean and spacious. The rooms have a separate and beautiful feeling. I definitely recommend it.

There is no air conditioning in the hotel rooms, the corners of the walls are full of spider webs, I don't even want to describe the toilet, it's such a terrible situation. The owner of the hotel did not have a pleasant attitude at all.. No improvement was made to me. 1 day refund was not made .. my score was -0

We were not taken to the hotel by saying that the card is not valid. I never, ever recommend it. The woman at the reception is sullen. A customer who comes to the hotel should never be treated like this.

The cleaning was very bad, the toilet and the bathroom were very bad, let's leave them aside.

We stayed one night in the attic room, the room was very spacious and beautiful, although we did not have a problem with the room, we unfortunately had a problem with the service. Although the approach of the lady at the reception was very polite, the attitude we encountered was very rude. Since we paid online, there was a problem in getting the payment to them, and when we first went, we found it very unnecessary to reflect this to us as if it had anything to do with us. They did not update the price on the internet and we were told that we paid a low amount, although they did not demand anything extra, this situation made us guilty for a moment. Although we made a reservation with breakfast included, we could not take advantage of the breakfast because they did not update the price and status as if it had something to do with us. Moreover, when we called the reception in the morning and asked if there was breakfast available, we were met with a very meaningless sentence such as "you made a reservation online, we don't have any breakfast items at the moment, we will go and get it if you want". So we make a reservation accordingly, but we had to say whatever and leave. The situation might have been very different if this attitude had coincided with a more rude person. Only we could have approached so well-intentioned.
