We have been using the Ritma Flex Service application in our Technical Service Department for 1 year, including the application. Technical support is very weak both on the application side and on the system. The errors we report are only resolved in 3 months. There are problems in the serial number tracking area, which is made with inventory tracking and extra payment. They fix one side and the other side is deteriorating. There are many points that need to be corrected. The program does not suit you. You have to follow the program. Not flexible, everything requested is paid.

Since the day we started using RitmaFlex, we have started to work much more efficiently, especially in terms of sales, purchasing and service tracking. The flexible and easy use of the program allows it to be used in any industry and department. We were able to receive technical support for all our needs, whether we are using the program, during installation or after installation, and we continue to receive it. A very friendly, knowledgeable and energetic team. There are huge differences between our internal and previous company operations before Rhythm. The Sales, Purchasing, Expense, Service modules we use have completely changed the way we work within the company. It is a program where all companies that need order in all their processes and who are on the way to institutionalization can benefit a lot.

I think it is one of the best among local software manufacturers. Price performance is very reasonable. I know that I use the offer - service part, these parts are well developed. If they continue to evolve the production module, I would say get it, go without having to go and lose millions to Dynamics to SAP. Thanks also to Samet and Zeliha from the support team.
