Address of unhappiness .. They ruin the good day of man. I definitely do not recommend it to anyone. First of all, they are not smiling face zero professionals, and when you say the point you dislike, the face changes even more. It was the worst day of my life. We came for my cousin's wedding. Do not be fooled by good comments, employees made relatives they know, do not be disgraced with your money, I do not recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rile kuaföre yıllardır gelirim ve her geldiğimde randevulu da gelsem en az 15 dakika bekliyorum. Randevulu gelmeme rağmen 40 dakika beklediğim bile oldu. Son gidişimde her zamanki gibi 10dk bekledikten sonra daha ne kadar bekleyeceğimi ve her geldiğimde böyle olduğu için rahatsız olduğumu düzgün bir dille söyledim. Bağırmadan çağırmadan sakince ve bir iki cümleyle bunu söylememin bir müşteri olarak en doğal hakkım olduğunu düşünüyorum. Ben ağdayı yapan Mehtap Hanımla konuşmama rağmen, saç yapan hanımlardan birisi lafa girerek çok rahatsızsanız gidin tarzı laflar edip gözlerini devirmek gibi saygısızca davranışlarda bulundu. Bunun üzerine tek bir cümle cevap bile vermeden randevumu iptal edip çıktım, ben çıkarken hala seve seve iptal ederim gibi laf yetiştirmelere devam ettiler. Ağdayı yapan Mehtap Hanım dünya tatlısı ve işinde çok iyi, fakat işletmenin sahipleri saygıdan, profesyonellikten ve iş ahlakından nasiplerini almamışlar.
I've been coming to Rile's hairdresser for years, and every time I come, I wait at least 15 minutes, even with an appointment. Even though I came with an appointment, I even waited 40 minutes. In my last visit, as usual, I said how long I would wait after 10 minutes of waiting and I was annoyed because it was like this every time I came. I think it is my right as a customer to say this calmly and in a sentence or two without shouting or calling. Although I spoke to Ms. Mehtap, who made the wax, one of the ladies who did the hair made disrespectful behavior such as rolling her eyes, saying "if you're very uncomfortable, go away". Thereupon, I canceled my appointment and left without giving a single sentence of reply, and they continued to talk like I would still happily cancel it while I was leaving. Mehtap, who makes the wax, is sweet and very good at her job, but the owners of the business have not had their share of respect, professionalism and work ethic.

The hairdresser and beauty salon I want to go to every weekend to relax after a busy week.❤️Mehtap lady's manicure, pedicure and waxing are great, she does her job very calmly and cleanly. The owner, Ayşegül, is very interested and I can vouch for her hair in every way.
