★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very good realtor Berna Baysal, kind sympathetic woman. she was helped by her son Batuhan, he knows English well and it helped us a lot. they picked us up from home and brought us back, it was very nice. we made a rent contract to get ikamet. we really enjoyed working with them.
Mrs. Berna is truly a professional in her field. we are foreigners and do not know the local laws. but Ms. Berna helped us get the legal lease agreement done right. she also helped us to issue an electricity bill in our name. it is very difficult for foreigners in a foreign country, I am very grateful to her for everything.
