 The rooms are very old and neglected, I couldn't figure out if they are clean or not, the air conditioners make a lot of noise and do not cool.

The building is old, but the garden is beautiful, in the center of Carsı, there is a nice and decent environment.

The lady waiting at the reception had a very cocky attitude. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
