Görevli bayan birkaç ürün tanıtımı yaptıktan sonra elimize katalogu verip buradan karar verebilirsiniz diye başından savarcasına göndermeye çalıştı.bizden sonra gelen müşteriyle ilgilendi ( gelmeden önce arayan başka müşteriyle) ve bizi de o zannettiği için bizimle ilgilenmiş ama arayan kişinin biz değil de bizden sonra gelen müşteri olduğunu öğrenince bizimle ilgilenmeyi bırakıp başka bir çalışana da yönlendirmeden elimize katalogu verip diğer müşteri ile ilgilenmeye başladı.Üslubu çok rahatsız ediciydi.Katalog ürünlerini biz zaten bilerek gittik ve canlı olarak görmek istedik görevlinin konuya hakimiyeti ve iletişimi çok kötüydü.
We stopped by to buy an electric fireplace but came back empty-handed. The lady in charge tried to give us the catalog and send it from the beginning so that you can decide here after a few product introductions.
