★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tren garında şubeleri bulunmadığı halde siz araç kiralarken aldım ve teslim yerini Tren Garı olarak yazıyorlar. Ancak 1.5 km yurumek zorundasiniz. Araçları size tam depo ya da boş depo olarak değil yarım depo olarak veriyorlar bunun kasıtlı olarak yapıldığini bilin. Çünkü siz yarım depo yakıt almanız mümkün değil personeller oldukça tecrübesiz bize verdikleri aracı hararet çizgisi ne bakarak yakıtı eksik getirdiniz deyip bir 2 litre yakıt için 70 TL para talep ettiler

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subeden rezervasyon yaptigim aracin aliminda her türlü soruma cevap verildi. Aracta önceden olan ufak hasarlarin (cizikler) tespitinde dikkatlice ve zaman ayirarak rapor tutuldu. Arac temiz ve genel olarak bakimliydi (<30b km).
Sectigim opsiyonlarin sunulamayan kismi icin ücret iadesi hemen gerceklestirildi ve herhangi bir sorun yasamadim.
Fakat subede cocuk koltugunun (basit yükseltici koltuklar yeterli olur) bulunmamasi bir eksik. Bu konuda sitede opsiyon olarak gösterilmemesini rica ederim.

Arabayı teslim aldığımda iç dış çok temizdi ve araba neredeyse sıfırdı. Gerek teslim alırken gerek teslim ederken hic bir problem yaşamadım. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz. Tekrar rezervasyon yaptıracağım, herkese iyi sürüşler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ödeme yaparken dikkat edin. Onay almadan güvence paketi vs bir paket seçip mail order ile tahsil ettikleri için oldu bitti ye geliyor. Sanırım 4-5 kez görüşmemize rağmen haksız ve onaysız bu kazançlarını iade etmediler. Şube de merkez de çözüm üretmek yerine ufak kazançları kovalıyor.
Yani şöyle düşünün 2 gün online kiralama yaptınız ,güvence paket vs yok, ama şubeden yaptığınız 3. gün için paket satın almışım. Tuhaf ...
İlk ödemesini 1 hafta önce yaptığım aracı teslim almaya gittiğimde :1 gün uzatmam gerektiğini ve ödemesini almasını istediğimde sorun başladı. Tek talebim kış lastiği idi ve o aracı kşralamıştım.27/1/22 İstanbul kar yağışı kapanmasından yeni çıkmış günlerde uzatma yapamayacağı için yaz lastikli araç ile yola çıkmak zorunda kaldım. İşinizin uzaması durumu varsa kaçın oradan. Çok şubeli yada araçların yeni olması göz boyama , kurumsal değil , marka olma yolunu anlamamış
