I am writing this review after my car was built in this service. I've had dozens of cars, most of them Renault and Dacia. I know the services in Denizli well and I trust my observation skills. This service is a special service that scares the authorized service, other private services and thieves under the stairs in Denizli. They have outdone themselves now. Why am I saying this? They do their job well. The coordination system is nice. There is an established system. Everyone minds their own business. Everyone is doing what they understand. This is a very important criterion. Parts supply and pricing are good. They understand the language of the car. I just read all the comments here. I want to draw attention to some of them. Most of the 1-star ratings were entered by creating a fake account, if you notice, the owners of 1-star reviews only logged in once. The man has no reviews and ratings for a different company elsewhere. This is a vile situation, made by opening a profile purely to defame Renotek. Who does this, I leave the interpretation to you. Another issue is that the expectations of vehicle owners sometimes shift to emotionality. That is, if your vehicle is a well-maintained vehicle, it will not cause much trouble anyway. But if you constantly go to places under the stairs and have the vehicle tampered with, there is not much left for these guys to do. It's a mechanical and electronic issue after all. And no one has a magic wand. So it's unreasonable to cry saying that they couldn't build my car after leaving the car neglected until I turned it into a pickle. And it does no one any good. If you take it regularly and take care of it, the car will not cause a problem easily. As for me, I left my car in Laguna III in the morning on Wednesday, July 7th. It needed some detailed and precise repair. I explained the operations I wanted to be done and the points I showed sensitivity one by one. Hasan Bey is a very understanding master. He listened to me patiently. I asked for the car to be delivered to me quickly. Efekan H. Usta made the same application and delivered the vehicle in 2 days with a miraculous timing. Thank you for your efforts. I would like to thank Mr. Tezcan, the service consultant, Mr. Yasin, the ladies in the damage and accounting departments, and Mr. Şükrü S. in the second hand section. They have created a good working environment. I congratulate them.

Asking the price twice is a crime, there is no tolerance and smiling face like before

They get money by adding VAT to the price they said at first, I wish they would have said that the price they said at first was the price excluding VAT.

Thanks to the 2nd hand vehicle I bought from them, they made relatives with the repairmen. They did not solve the problem, nor did they take care of the old car like a man.
