Satış temsilcisi Sadi Bey gerçekten işinin ehli çok ilgili ve yardımcı oluyor.Bu yüzden bir çok araç alacak arkadaşımızı da bu bayiye yönlendirdim, araç aldılar. Servis bakımları ve onarım içinde sene de ortalama 4 sefer gidiyorum. Servis çalışanı arkadaşlarda çok güler yüzlüler. Servis kısmında da Öznur Hanım çözüm odaklı, müşteri ilişkileri çok iyi. Ben araç alırken de, servis için gittiğimde de memnun ayrıldım.Tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ediyorum.
From the dealer, I bought 3 duster vehicles for myself so far. The sales representative, Mr. Sadi, is really competent, very caring and helpful. That's why I directed many of our friends who were going to buy a vehicle to this dealership, and they bought a vehicle. I go an average of 4 times a year for service maintenance and repair. Service workers are also very friendly. In the service department, Ms. Öznur is solution-oriented and her customer relations are very good. I left satisfied both when I bought a vehicle and when I went for service. I would like to thank all the employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çalışanların ilgisi,alakası ve verdikleri hizmetler güzel ve bunun için 5 yıldızı hakediyorlar.fakat dacianın garanti kapsamları berbat.yok alt takım 60000km,yok mekanik 70000km vs.vs....arkadaş bunun garantisi 2 yıl değil mi?ben böyle bi saçmalık görmedim.birdaha araba mı bakım için servise götürmeyeceğim.varsın garanti kapsamı dışında kalsın.
The attention, relevance and services of the employees are good and they deserve 5 stars for this. But the warranty scope of the dacia is terrible. No undercarriage 60000km, no mechanical 70000km etc.... my friend, isn't it a 2 year guarantee? I've never seen such nonsense. I will not take the car to the service for maintenance again. You will be out of warranty.
