★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temiz aracın içini kirletmeyi başarmışlar tebrikler. Torpido vs hep bu şekilde ve silerek zor çıkartıyorum. Vermeyin yıkama hizmeti, kolaylaştırmıyor ki hayatımızı, bir de izleri silmek için uğraşıyoruz.
İkinci konu fiyat alıyorum 1690₺, aynı konuşma içerisinde randevu oluşturuyorum. 6 gün sonra bakıma geliyorum fiyat (inmiş hali ile) 1998₺ !! Ne yaşadınız 5 günde kur da değişmedi?
İlgi - alaka (filiz hanım) teşekkür ederim sorun yok. Ancak daha yakınımda Ermat varken sizi tercih ettiğime değdi mi? Bilemiyorum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renault Mais İzmir Şubedinden Satış Temsilcisi Aytaç Yaykın Hanımla Cumartesi öğleden sonra telefonla konuştuk. Ellerinde istrdiğim aracın olduğunu söyledi ve epey indirim yaptı. Pazartesi işlemleri yapılırsa ne zaman aracı alacağımı sorduğumda en geç Perşembeye teslim ederim dedi. Ama o kadar ilgili davrandıki Sürpriz olarak Salı öğleden sonra arabamı kozmetikleri yapılmış şekilde teslim etti. Bu kadar ilgili, işine bağlı.,müşteri memnuniyetini öncelik olarak gören, problem çözücü bir insan görmedim. Teşekkürler Aytaç Hanım. Herşey gönlünüzce olsun. Görüşmek dileğiyle.
We spoke with Ms. Aytaç Yaykın, Sales Representative from Renault Mais Izmir Branch, on the phone on Saturday afternoon. He said they had the vehicle I wanted and gave a lot of discount. When I asked when I would get the vehicle if Monday transactions were made, he said he would deliver it by Thursday at the latest. But he was so concerned that, as a surprise, he delivered my car on Tuesday afternoon with the cosmetics done. I have never seen a problem solver who is so interested, devoted to his job, and who sees customer satisfaction as a priority. Thank you Aytac. Everything you get your heart desires. Hope to see you.
