★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Üç gün önceden randevu alıp aracı sabah 9:30’da getirmemi söylediler aracı saat tam 9:30’da getirdim önceki günden kalan araçlar olduğu söylenip saat 11:30’a kadar bekletildi küçük bekleme salonunda sordugumda ise şu an elemanlar çay içiyor sizinle ilgilencez denikdi ardından Renault‘un genel bir toplantısı olduğu söylenip inanılmaz derecede işim geciktirildi. bunun akabinde ise araca daha teşhis koymadan iki gün bırakmam gerektiği söylendi.
They made an appointment three days in advance and told me to bring the vehicle at 9:30 in the morning. I brought the vehicle at exactly 9:30, it was said that there were vehicles left from the previous day and it was kept until 11:30 in the small waiting room. I was then told that Renault had a general meeting and was incredibly delayed. after that i was told that i had to leave the car for two days without any diagnosis.
