We did not like the service. We bought a much better service and vehicle from a different dealer. That was the difference, and unfortunately there are very long waiting times.

I went for the first time. After my long life in Istanbul, I went to Gümüşhane to have the antifreeze level of my vehicle adjusted. As you know, Gümüşhane is a slightly minuscule city. I think I have received Premium Service , I personally experience the privileges that I can only experience in different brands of upper segment vehicles . I can't even make a suggestion that could raise the service quality to a higher level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesinlikle aracı görmeden bir işlem yapmanızı tavsiye etmiyorum , satış temsilcileri işlerini sadece bahaneler üzerinden yürütüyor, bir türlü teslim edilemeyen bir araç aldık maalesef. Bahsedilen teslim tarihini geçeli 10 gün oldu arayan soran yok. Yalnız hakkını yememek lazım satış temsilcileri güler yüzlü ve ilgileniliyor sadece teslimat işleyiş yavaş. Teşekkürler.
I definitely do not recommend you to take any action without seeing the vehicle, the sales representatives only carry out their business on excuses, unfortunately we bought a vehicle that could not be delivered. It has been 10 days since the delivery date mentioned, no one has called. You just have to be fair, the sales representatives are friendly and interested, only the delivery process is slow. Thanks.
