Oncelikle herkese merhabalar aracım 2020 model sandero stepway 11 haziranda aracima ermat gaziemir servise goturdum bir kac sikayetim vardi bunlardan en cok canımı sıkan direksiyondan ses gelmesi ve sag yolcu koltugundan ses gelmesiydi.aracimi 2 gun boyunca ermatta biraktim ve sonrasinda sorunlarimin cozuldugunu ve arabami alabilcegim bilgisi icin arandim.aracimi almaya gittigimde 2 sorunumunda hala devam ettigini farkettim ve bir sure daha o sekilde kullandim 10 agustosta ayni sorunlar icin tekrar randevu aldim gittim ve direksiyondaki sesin direksiyon kutusundan geldigini soylerek garanti kapsaminda degisecegini soylediler kabul ettim.ve 12 agustosta aracimin butun problemlerinin giderildigi soylediler ve arabami almaya gittim.gittimde gitmez olaydim ben boyle rezil bir servis gormedim ne koltuktan gelen ses duzelmis nede direksiyondan gelen ses duzelmis.birde uzerine bir sürü sorunla karsilastim.bir ie yapiyorsunuz bari toplayin arkadasim direksiyonun altindaki koruma sokmussunuz onu bari kapatin kapi iclerinde kapi alti aydinlatmasi vardi onu kirmıssiniz arabayi yikamissiniz sözde kuralama gereksinimi bile duymamissiniz 3 gundur arabanin uzerindeki kirec lekelerini cikartamiyorum.bes para etmez bi servissiniz bu kadar net birde kalite kontrol sorumlusu test etti diyorsunuz bumudur aracin test edilmis hali. heryere sikayetimi ileticem baska alanlarda baska sekilde karsilasicaz en kisa zamanda tuketici hakem heyetinde gorusmek uzere.
First of all, hello everyone, my car is 2020 model sandero stepway I took my car to ermat gaziemir service on 11 June. I had a few complaints. The most annoying of these was the sound from the steering wheel and the sound from the right passenger seat. I left my car in Ermat for 2 days and then I was called to inform that my problems were resolved and I could get my car. When I went to buy my vehicle, I realized that it still had 2 problems and I used it like that for a while. I made an appointment again for the same problems on August 10. I went and said that the sound on the steering wheel came from the steering wheel and they said it would be changed under warranty. I accepted. I went to pick it up. At least, close the door, there was a light under the door, you broke it, you washed the car, you didn't even feel the need to dry it for 3 days. I can't remove the limescale stains on the car for 3 days. You are a worthless service, and you say that the quality control officer tested it, this is the tested state of the vehicle. I will forward my complaint everywhere.

Servis hizmetleri çok kötü, üstelik ücretleri oldukça yüksek. Bayiden sıfır km yeni aldığım aracımın periyodik ilk bakımı için gittim. Renault online uygulamadan servis randevusu aldım. Belirtilen gün ve saatte (11:00) aracımı teslim ettim, akşam 17:00 de gelin aracinizi alın dediler, saat 16:59'da ben zaten servisteyken aracınız hazır diyerek aradılar, aracımı 18:30'da teslim ettiler. Araç kirli, yağ içinde teslim edilmek istendi. Kaputun üzerinde bakım yapan kişinin yağlı parmak izleri heryerdeydi. Bakım personeli yetersiz. Müşteri hizmetleri ilgisiz, servis danışmanları yetersiz, servis müdürü yerinde yok, yardımcı müdür çaresiz... Bir daha gitmeyi düşünmüyorum. Gözümüz gibi baktığım aracıma resmen bakım yerine işkence ediyorlar. Dün müşteri ilişkileri aradı, "aracınızı yıkayalım" dediler. Şaka gibi... Taktir sizindir.
