Hasarlı aracımı teslim etme süreci uzun süre aldı. Yerimiz yok, yeni dosya açamayız gibi mazeretlerle karşılaştım. Ayrıca onarım süresince bilgi alamadık. Aracımda hangi işlemlerin yapıldığını öğrenemedim. En son aracı teslim aldığımda bana verilen listeye bakarak değişen parçaları öğrenebildim. Araç tesliminde aracın iyi yıkanmadığını fark ettim.

Markaya veya ürünlere birşey diyemem fakat servis çalışanları Türkiye standartlarinin çok üzerinde memnuniyet sağlayan hizmet sunuyor.
Technical service employees are well-intentioned and helpful people. All service personnel, especially Yunus Usta and Murat Bey, do the best they can. I can't say anything about the brand or the products, but the service employees provide a service that provides satisfaction well above the Turkish standards.
