Ürünlerin kargo paketleri sağlam olmasına rağmen ürünler hasarlı (ayıplı,kusurlu) bir şekilde elime ulaştı. Ürünlerin ayaklarında yer alan budak kısımlarindaki hasarlar onarılmamış, zımparalanarak verniklenmemiş ayaklar. sehpa üst kısmı her yerinden kırıklar mevcut ve kaplama ile kapatılmaya çalışılmış, kaplama işi rezalet ve hasarlı. İnsan gönderirken utanır. Ürünler için iade işlemi başlatıldı. Boşuna zaman kaybetmeyin başka bir mağazadan satın alma işlemi gerçekleştiriniz.
 I ordered two zigon coffee tables from Trendyol White and Walnut. White color came in two products. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ürün satın aldıktan 3 hafta sonra gönderildi. Gelince de Aras kargoda bekledikten sonra bana ulaşmadan bilgim dışında geri iade edildi.Geldiğine dair bildirim almadım. Kargo firması şube teslim gönderilmiş diyor. Halbuki adrese teslim idi. Gönderen firma da iadeyi kabul ediyor ama nedense bir arayıp sormuyor. Garip ve sonuçsuz bir alışveriş. Ayrıca Trendyol da bu yorumu yayınlamayı reddediyor. İlginç.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zigon takımı aldım. Fakat o kadar kötü paketleme yapılmış ki her yeri çizilmiş. Olduğu gibi iade yaptım. Yorumları da okuduğum kadarıyla paketlemeyi çok uyduruk yapıyorlar. Paket içindeki parçalar birbirine çarpa çarpa geliyor.
I bought the zigon set. But the packaging was so bad that it was scratched all over. I returned as it was. As far as I have read the comments, they make the packaging very awkward. The pieces in the package hit each other.

Trendyol üzerinden 5 raflı bir kitaplık sipariş etmiştim ve 3 haftanın sonunda elime ulaşması yetmezmiş gibi yandaki iki uzun sütunun her ikisi de kırık çıktı! Kargoda oluşabilecek bir çatlak değil kesinlikle. Kitaplığı kurmaya kalksam anında kırılıp elimde kalacak tam anlamıyla rezalet! Şimdi bir de iade işleriyle uğraşmak zorunda kalacağım, umarım sıkıntı çıkarmazlar. Asla bir şey almayın bu firmadan resmen çöp!
Never shop from this company! I had ordered a bookcase with 5 shelves over Trendyol and after two weeks it was not enough to reach my hand, both of the two long columns on the side were broken! It's definitely not a crack in cargo. If I try to set up the library, it will be broken in my hand and literally disgrace! Firmaya asla ulaşamıyorum rezil bir firma yetmezmiş gibi en az kendileri kadar berbat mng kargoyla işbirlikçiler iade edemiyorum ürünü bir haftadır türlü bahanelerle gelip almıyorlar!!! Üstelik ilk alışverişim de değil daha önce de yanlış ürün göndermişlerdi iadesiyle uğraşmamak için terasa attım!!! Sakın alışveriş yapmayın pişman olursunuz...
