 I've been going and working since 2017 when I bought Mazda, and if you're going to see how professional Ekrem master is about Mazda, who really loves his job and does his job professionally, and for 4 years, 24/7 even if there is the slightest malfunction, he can reach my car with a phone and always help. Ekrem usta ilk onları tercih etmediğim için tabiki bana biraz kızmış olabilir ?? hakkıdır da ama mağduriyetimi gidermek adına yolculuk halinde olduğumdan elindeki işi erteleyip gece saat 10 a kadar benim aracımdaki bütün sıkıntıları tek tek buldu giderdi. Başta Ekrem usta ve Cem ustaya ilgi alakaları için teşekkür ederim gönül rahatlığıyla gidip aracınızı teslim edebilirsiniz.

Ekrem usta araç ile ilgili yapılması gerekenleri sıralayıp, o kadar işi aynı gün içerisinde tamamlayıp teslim etti tarafıma. Gitmeden Cem Beyi arayıp randevu almak iyi olacaktır. Buradan da kendilerine teşekkür ederim.
Rem Auto is the address where you will deliver your vehicle with peace of mind. I left satisfied with Ekrem Master's dominance in his work and Cem Bey's smiling behavior. Ekrem master listed the things to be done about the vehicle and completed all the work in the same day and delivered it to me. Iki yere götürdüm çözüm bulamadı son olarak bu gruptaki tavsiyeler üzerine Rem Oto'ya gittim. Ilk andan itibaren bizi karsilamasi, ilgisi, bilgisi... ne kadar teşekkür etsem az kendilerine. Cem Bey ve Ekrem Usta ile tanıştığıma cok memnunum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rem Oto Ailesini, Mazda’ya sevdalanmam ile takip eden biri olarak 29 Temmuz 2021 tarihinde Ankara’ya iş nedeni ile ziyaretim esnasında aracımın motor arıza ışığının yandığını fark ettim. Rem otoya bu vesileyle uğradığımda Ekrem Usta aracımın tüm arızalarını 40 dakika gibi kısa bir sürede giderdi. Üstelik hiçbir ücret talep etmedi. Kendileri hem çok güler yüzlü hem de işlerinde çok profesyoneller. Cem Bey’e ve Ekrem Ustaya çok teşekkür ederim. Gönül rahatlığı ile Rem Oto Ailesini tercih edebilirsiniz.
As someone who follows the Rem Oto Family with my love for Mazda, I noticed that the engine fault light of my vehicle was on during my visit to Ankara on 29 July 2021 for business reasons. When I stopped by Rem Oto on this occasion, Ekrem Usta fixed all the faults of my vehicle in as little as 40 minutes. Moreover, he did not charge any fees. They are very friendly and very professional in their work. Thank you very much to Mr. Cem and to Ekrem Usta. You can choose Rem Auto Family with peace of mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ankara’da Mazdanızı güvenle teslim edebileceğiniz bir adres. Araştırmalarım sonunda gittiğim REM Oto Mazda servisinden gayet memnun bir şekilde ayrıldım. Ekrem Usta gerçekten işinin ehli ve Mazda konusunda uzman bir isim. Yapılması gerekenleri aciliyet durumuma göre teker teker söyledi ve gerekenler yapıldı.( Alt takım, motor dış kayış ve bilyeler, şanzıman yağı, balata değişimi ve tam bakım) Cem Bey hem güler yüzü hem de fiyatlarda elinden geleni yaparak her konuda yardımcı oldu. Ayrıca yapılan her türlü işlemi resimlerle bilgilendirdi. Önceliklerinin para değil güven kazanmak olduklarını söylesem abartmış olmam, zaten tanışan arkadaşlar bizzat kendileri görecektir. Sonuçta Mazdası olan arkadaşlara rahatlıkla tavsiye edebilirim. İlgilerinden ve emeklerinden dolayı teşekkür ediyorum.
