Rents are unreasonably triple. I'm satisfied, but I wouldn't recommend it for newcomers right now. You can find the same comfort with a more affordable rent in the surrounding sites.

I stayed for 4 months in 2017. It's a very nice place. Rents were reasonable. I have benefited greatly from the facility. I like it. At least it's an unnamed family place.
