First thing first when we booked the hotel, we were not expecting much but the person who greet us ONUR help us a lot. he was above and beyond. And after that, when we have a trouble booking for one of the restaurant, OLESYA help us by using her own phone ( not company line) to call people she know so we can get a reservation. On top of that, the manager ( ADNAN) came to us personally to greed us. Thank you all three of you.

It was the second time for me and my family visiting Regnum and I can say it was a great experience, even better that the first. The green area surrounding the hotel was marvelous, the service was professional, the pools and the beach perfect, the reception allowed us a late checkout until 6 pm free of charge and I really appreciate this. Thanks for everything.

Amazing property Situated at Antalya Turkey Which is 1 of the best in Europe They have maintained the property so well beyond imagination . Lovely rooms Suite Villas with private swimming pool . 1 indoor swimming pool 1 outdoor both are heated With suana, steam bath, ice bath and spa . Buffet have over 100 dishes Seating of 750 people at 1 time . They have kids zone Fabulous golf course Really amazing and fun to stay here . Staff are courteous and professional Kudos to the team Love it

I am just about to check out from this wonderful hotel, togheter with my girlfriend and her parents, extremely satisfied from the experience we had here. I would not spend much time speaking about the beauty of the hotel, which is gourgeous. We really apreciated the care of rooms and common areas, in term of cleaning and, the care you get from all employees, available h24 for every your need. Food was great and golf services really top level. Spa & wellness, indoor pool, outside eated pool, games center, garden, beach, all really top. Difficult to complaint about something. Bit sad to leave but very happy to have been here!

My wife and I, and another couple took a trip to here in early September and had a number of issues that meant the stay was nowhere near value for money. I have tried to inform the hotel (with no intent of getting freebies as we don't plan to return) and have just flat out been ignored by the hotel. Filthy aircon leading to blocked noses, sore throats and terrible sleep; practically inedible breakfast, inconsistent restaurant booking policies meaning we frequently weren't able to eat in the all inclusive restaurants; pool heaters not turned on so unable to swim; unacceptable staff behaviour from sleazy bar staff harassing my wife and aggressive and confrontational staff; double booking our airport transfer and charging us for it. While the hotel was nice enough, when you pay a premium for luxury and get budget hotel standards with no care from the management, this is not a place I would recommend wasting your money on. 2 stars given because some food and drink was decent and facilities were generally quite nice.
