RED Holiday Rentals

I had rented a villa from a company called villa turca with the entrance of September 5th, although I said that I had a small baby, the view I saw was disgraceful when I arrived, and when I asked for a refund, they said that we made an invoice and refunded the remaining money by deducting the tax for the days I did not stay. I was both victimized and very upset. Meanwhile, I met the Red Holiday employees by chance and they arranged a much more beautiful and sparkling villa for me, and it was almost half cheaper. I just packed my belongings, they came with their private vehicles and carried them to the villa they had arranged, and that was not enough, they kept calling and saying that if we needed anything, we could always ask for help without any hesitation. Today our holiday is over, I wish we could stay longer, we were like at home, everything was perfect, we are already looking forward to next year's holiday. I would like to thank Ms. Melek, Mr. Gökhan and Mr. Alper for resolving the victimization of another company and making us feel good as if we were at home☺️

If you want to have a quiet and peaceful holiday in general, it is the right place… Let's talk about the details; The welcome and introduction was nice, the bread left at our door every day was very cute and the garden maintenance and cleaning was good. The staff was engaged. However, I can't say the same for kitchen hygiene, the plate I threw my hand at was greasy, there were still traces of the dishes that were placed before, so there were stains on the pasta strainer, I'm not talking about the stains left on the corner, it was obviously not washed, we could not use any of the cutlery, spoons, knives, glasses without washing them. There is a dishwasher, I said great comfort, it smelled and the leftovers from the previous dishes I threw in it, it was a big disappointment! I bought bread for the toaster, it looked so sticky that I couldn't use it even with greaseproof paper. The cockroach I saw in the drawer the last day disgusted me. A place with a garden may be a bug after all, but we all know very well what kind of environments cockroaches live in. I'll think about it for the second time! It promises an 8 out of 10 holiday in a clean environment.
