We opened the window and this time we couldn't sleep because of the noises coming from outside. Because the hotel staff threw a table outside the hotel, next to the entrance door, about 8-10 people were sitting there, chatting loudly, drinking tea and laughing. It's like a picnic environment. It's 23.30, the chatter still goes on loudly and all the noise comes to our room because the window is open. I warned, some of them dispersed, but a couple of people continued to chat there until late at night. In addition, the new officers who came in the morning also sat there early and started chatting. So we couldn't sleep either at night or in the morning. Also; When we first entered our room, the toilet bowl was not clean, used and not flushed. The shower drain was not cleaned and therefore there was pooling in the shower. Pandemic rules are not followed at all at the facility. Receptionists do not wear masks. Hes code is not asked at the entrance, temperature is not measured. The person who looks after the reception at night is acting with the attitude of an open coffee waiter. It is definitely not suitable for a university guesthouse, I was very strange. In summary, the facility is beautiful, but its management is quite bad.
