★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vakum krom kaplaması için otomobil farının iç aksamından bir parça verdik. Özellikle kaplanması gereken yüzeyi belirttiğimiz halde yanlış yüzeyi kapladılar. Zaten makinayı 4 günde bir çalıştırdıklarını söyledikleri için 4 gün bekledik bir de üstüne 4 gün daha bekletiliyoruz. Hadi bu aksiliği geçtik bir de biz böyle küçük işlerle uğraşmayız zaten bunun içi kaplanır diye kaç yıllık oto restorasyon ustasına bilmişlik taslandı. Bir telefon açıp hangi yüzeyin kaplanacağını sormak çok zor değil. Yaptıkları işçiliğe sonuna kadar saygım var. Ama müşteriye nasıl hitap edilir gram fikirleri yok.
We gave a piece of the interior of the car headlight for vacuum chrome plating. They covered the wrong surface, especially although we specified the surface to be coated. We have waited 4 days and we are kept waiting for 4 more days because they say that they run the machine every 4 days. Come on, we passed this setback, and we did not deal with such small jobs anyway, so how many years the auto restoration master was obliged to know. It is not very difficult to make a phone call and ask which surface will be covered. I respect the work they do. But there are no gram ideas of how to address the customer.
