★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Remax tabelası ve verdiği güvenle Çınarcık Harmanlar'da bir daire kiraladım.. Muhatabımız Mahmut Yalçınkaya idi.. Dairenin elektrik su sözleşmesini yapmak için dask istendiğinde asıl daire sahibinin dairenin 1/2 hissedarı olduğu ve kontratı imzalayan kişinin de kızı olduğunu öğrendik. Fakat vekalet ve muafakatnamesinin olmadığı ortaya çıktığında özür dileyerek komisyon ve depozitomuzu iade ettiler..
I rented an apartment in Çınarcık Harmanlar with the Remax sign and the confidence it gave.. Our contact person was Mahmut Yalçınkaya.. When we were asked to make the electricity and water contract for the flat, we learned that the real owner of the flat was 1/2 shareholder of the flat and that the person who signed the contract was his daughter. But when it turned out that he did not have a power of attorney and exemption, they apologized and returned our commission and deposit..
