★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merve hanım ile görüşmemiz sonucunda daha tapuyu bile görmeden bizden evin bedelinin %2 oranındaki emlakçı komisyonunu talep edildi. Tapuda sorun olduğunu düşünüyorum yoksa neden tapuyu göstermek için 6000TL istesinler? Emlak komisyonu almanın amacı yardımcı olmaktır. Ancak evi göstermeye bile kendisi gelmemiştir. REMAX gibi güvenilir bir firmanın bu konuda daha profesyonel kişilerle çalışması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

I think there is a problem with the deed, otherwise why would they ask for 6000TL to show the deed? The purpose of getting a real estate commission is to help. However, he did not even come to show the house himself. I think that a reliable company like REMAX should work with more professional people on this subject.
