The staff is so welcoming,
The rooms are very clean and have comfortable beds too, for everything needed the technical workers will come along to help to fix it,
The reception is always ready to help in anything,
The ANIMATION team is perfect..very very good games and so friendly,
The restaurants are so celan and the food is very delicious, the cuisine is perfect!
Always fresh juices, cold water everywhere at any time..
Nice pools and very amazing shows in the evening..
In general I really recommend it, for families and for friends to go there.. you will definitely have so much fun!
11/10 hotel!! :)

Caught a food poisoning, changed room 3 times, because they where awful.
Food is also awful. Personal is also not friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty Hotel, Dirty Rooms, not much options with the food..every day the same to eat, no service, no animation. No welcome drink, no drinks or food by the sea. It was the worst Hotel i ever been in Turkey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet did not work 10/11 days staying here. Clean rooms, a lot af activity. Staff only speaks russian. When i asked for help with the wifi the reception said: “Today problem, tomorrow try again.”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here in August 2020. Good restaurant with tasty dishes. Menu might be a bit short.
Really great beach, very large (near 50m). Pretty clear water.
Rooms are okay I guess. However the WiFi working good only near the reception.
The best thing from my point of view is large beach.
I would recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sure there are always better and always more expensive. But for the price-performance ratio, I can give you a five-star rating. The rooms are quite large. not the largest aquapark on earth but slides are new there are different slides and lifeguards that do their job very well. There are also slides for small children. Very family friendly hotel. children are never bored here. There are also animators who organize various activities. The food is very sufficient. Own beach. So very good.

Asked for a high floor and he said first floor then launched the key card in a very disrespectful way.
They 2 man at the reception are both very rude.
Never encountered a welcome like this.
Also the hotel is abandoned and not cleaned well.
The mattress are terrible.
