★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic location and layout design, good service, but food was very hit and miss and some of the design features and finishes don't merit five stars. The swimming pool is amazing but beach is not particularly brilliant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitied on all inclusive package from UK. Was beginning of season. Very few foriegners, quite a few Turkish people using in groups - on daily basis. (status is determined by issued / worn bands). We booked 'gold' i.e. 'ultra all inclusive' (although we were not quite sure what the 'ultra' meant...assumed 'everything').
Generally...all good. Food is reasonable...what one would expect...mixture of fast food and restraunt facility. Decent choice. Some you like...some you don't. All the drinks you want (although sprits not 'top notch' as expected). Hotel has facility on beach accessible by shuttle which was useful...fast food and drinks available here. Would be a bit of a walk into town although shuttles available regularly...and dolmus to Altinkum - Didim no problem.
Room fine...whats to say? Size ok (not large if expecting) beds ok, on suit and balcony...quiet...but then not many around. Clean and good room service.
Pool fine...large...nice bar...small shop...stage area for entertainment. Was start of season so not a lot happening...but there was a bit of a party to mark the official start which was nice. This was all in Turkish but great to see culture and staff were all very friendly and efficient. Hard working for long hours. All were great...reception, restraunts bars. If they can keep it up through season...then great...but would wonder how they go after a few months of badly behaved Brits. There is some spa - gym facility...took a look...did not use but seemed small.
In summary...would use again...but like anywhere else...might be issues if packed to the rafters....its a big place and could get leary. Would worry if lots of loud Brits with kids were in...would probably be a different experience. (Note...applies to any other badly behaved nationalities...but in my experience..and on my radar...usually Brits).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pools are not clean and sterilized at all. Lifeguards do not control and adjust the pools’ chemical levels, which is necessary to swim in a safe and sterile pool. I’m saying that because i was a lifeguard too in the USA, and standards are very low compared to the pools i used to work in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were at this hotel for two weeks (family of 2+2). All what I can say is that I strongly do not recommend this hotel to families!
First of all, the music at the swimming pool. It is too loud and for too long. Forget about sleeping in the day, or to put children to sleep before 11:30 PM local time. The music is outstandingly loud and doesn't stop.
Second. We were told by touristic agency that the hotel is near the sea. Which obviously is not true. It is located next to small chain of mountains in the middle of nowhere. The sea is over 1km, of course you have a bus there but often it is overcrowded. It's another inconvenience.
Third, the promised Wi-Fi in room is almost non-existent. If you would like to have stable Internet you have to outsource it. The best is Turkcell, Vodafone is out of range. The cost is 120 TL for 40GB.
Fourth this is NOT 5* hotel. It is officially rated as 4*.
Fifth, the food. As dinners are pretty good as I can not tell it about the breakfast or (the worst) lunch. Breakfasts are always the same, there is insufficient amount of ham or any kind of meat. Least to say we had vegetarian breakfasts for 2 weeks long. Lunch was the worst. It was literally made of the dinner from the day before! Did you have meatloaf from the grill at the dinner? Great. You will have meatballs at the next day lunch. Same goes for chicken, fish etc. The food was terrible. Prepare for the stomach issues by eating here.
In favor of the hotel was the room. It was nice and clean. The service team was also kind altought they didn't know any other language than Turkish. The swimming pool is very large and clean. Definitely on favor of the hotel. That is all. We did not rest here sadly.
