★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel Was extremely clean and it was smelling roses . The staff was very friendly and helpful . Başak And Umut was above And beyond . I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone wants to stay in Mardin. Also sauna , steam room , gym , Turkish bath was amazing
