Had a horrible experience at the hotel. Possibly the worst service we have experienced anywhere in the world! The staff were impolite, the porter slammed the door at us because we didn’t tip him, and the reception refused to give us a Turkish charger converter - the only hotel in Turkey which refused us one! The air-conditioner was not working, and despite complaining multiple times, no one responded to us. When we went to the reception, the discourteous receptionist, Merve, said they don’t provide “cold air” and abused us in Turkish. I’m quite surprised that this is a Ramada branded 5-star hotel. Please make a wise choice and stay away from this garbage hotel that is staffed with incompetent and ill-mannered people!

Lovely hotel. Had a medical massage which was worth every penny. Included a Turkish bath and hot stones massage. Food is excellent, lots of different choices and hot and cold drinks. The surroundings are relaxing while drinking at the bar.

It’s not bad. Stylish lobby. Nice terrace at the restaurant. Well balanced city hotel with private excess to the sea. We came here in winter, so I don’t know if you can go for a swim there. I didn’t enjoy their spa, both sauna and hamam felt lukewarm. Food was ok, but repetitive. Kudos to them for covid safety measures at the buffet though. Our room was nice, but a little dated. It was meant to be a partial sea-view room, but it’s hoax, don’t buy into it, you don’t get to see the sea from there, but all your neighbors get to see you, if you don’t keep the blinds shut. Another problem, that I had was the piano player, that played every night from 8 to 11 pm. It was loud and undesirable, because we went sightseeing everyday and came back rather tired. Her playlist was questionable too, but it’s a matter of taste. I would like to highlight a positive aspect of our stay there, we were able to rent a car easily for an average market price. Since we rented our car from the hotel, the staff helped us park in the underground parking. You can also rent a bicycle there or a yacht. Almost all of the employees are helpful and friendly, 80-90% of them speak English. It’s sort of an unspoken rule in Turkey and Egypt, but I don’t recommend ordering alcohol from the hotel bars. Our friend ordered a glass 12 year old Chivas, that was heavily watered down, but costed him around 9 euros.

Nice hotel service! We recommend to find Ali from the Hotel service, awesome nice guy that can show you around after his shift. The rooms are pretty awesome, with nice service. The food is delicious and the stuff is polite and comfortable with all your needs. Also the beachside is pretty sick, no sand only rocks. Something different but a good price for staying in the capital of the city.

This hotel is the worst I’ve encountered and I would not consider it to be 5 star, maybe 3. Our room was not fit for 5 people which included 3 children, limited toiletries provided, shower was small and no head ready for 1 bed. The air conditioning could not be switched off in the connected room and we wasn’t offered another room. Their was a language barrier with most staff where they didn’t understand English or speak it which made things more difficult to resolve. 5 of us had to share a double bed as the bed in the connecting room was too cold. We had to find another hotel that night and left the following day. A refund was agreed with the manager and now love holidays have advised that the hotel won’t refund us. I will now be taking this further through my bank. Absolutely appalling.

Very reasonable hotel interms of location and total cost. Food was very yummy. Rooms very spacious. Staff was more than helpful. Dinning area had sea facing terrace, which made our mornings more beautiful, and we had our breakfasts enjoying the view of sea. Paid classes for scuba diving were also available.

Impressive view and nice facilities. Amazing breakfast selection and comfy beds. Unfortunate for a five star hotel of such scale not to have cooling in April when its 26 degree and sunny out. After the confusion when the air conditioner blowing hot air out realised they haven’t switched the system from heating to cooling (not sure why can’t have both). Changed rooms to the apartment section which is meant to have cooling, however even there the cooling was more like a fan. Furthermore the shampoos provided looked messy and leaked and one looked like it had water on top of it (photo attached)

Three star experience at best. It could be worse but it could be a whole lot better. Infinity pool is beautiful and that’s about where the nice aspects of this hotel end. Furniture is worn and while the double bed concept is nice, unfortunately the linens don’t fit the entire mattress. Even though the view is magnificent at night, the balconies are awash in fluorescent blue, red and purple lights. Rooms themselves lack functional lighting and TVs are throwback to 2006 16 inch TVs. Much more can’t be said for the amenities this hotel has to offer. Hallways are dark with stained walls and when I alerted the front desk and staff to an inability to use the down button on the elevator it became clear that it was a long-standing problem that they haven’t bothered to fix. Front desk staff are lovely enough but lack recommendations on the surrounding area and as an English speaking guest, I had a difficult time communicating with reception or finding someone to help with translations. No proper concierge. Daily mini bar check and housekeeping were early and poorly timed, interfering with sleep. Additionally housekeeping didn’t always restock amenities.
