Very nice Hotel.. The staff at the reception are very friendly and nice, also at the restraint for the breakfast and the room cleaning staff...all of theو are very nice people...it worth to try it for its very good price.

I strongly recomend you stay there. It is very good Place. Director Selahattin Bey is wonderful and helpful person:) You can stay Ramada wherever you all over the world.

At first glance the hotel really looks like it deserves the 4 star rating. However, looks are not everything. The staff is very poor/shy/not willing to speak in English. While I had breakfast I saw plates and cups which were not cleaned well. Some of them were even dirty and it made me wonder whether the staff did not notice this or did not want to notice! The room again looks nice, but at closer look also here the quality lacks. Pretty small and the (4) pillows were already used so much that it just didn't feel comfortable anymore. A dirty note on the nighttable said you can choose from our pillow menu, which I thought was a joke. You have to make your bed yourself. A thin sheet is put on the bed, not even a blanket to be found anywhere in the room. The bathroom had also some issues, like a weird angle mounted toilet so sitting is not straight. Also the water pressure and temperature vary a lot which is definitely not great when showering. My room had a view towards the neighbouring electronic shop, 2 meters away. So I had no view at all! The location is far from everything. I was not very pleased with that as well. Overall my experience here was very dissapointing and it does not deserve its 4 stars.

Good location, it's 12 mins to airport and close to the city transportation. Helpful and smily staff. Clean tidy and silent room. Not good, not bad breakfast. Clean n good sauna, steam room and Turkish bath.

I stayed for 2 nights,it was good location,tidy room, breakfast was ok . Location is good and they have a nice small pub inside. One of the best in the city

I was supposed to stay for 20 days , but I had to change the hotel after one night ,, to my standards , the hotel is not bad , however , it's too noisy because the windows are not fully closed , and the mattress was sinking , breakfast was average too ,, for the same price you can find better hotels in Elazig ,, but if you don't care about noise or comfortable mattresses , then the hotel is not bad .
