Rain Transfers

Clowns. Do not use these people under any circumstances. Drivers do not arrive on time. Our driver was 40 minutes late. Very stressful experience. Pay 5€ more and get a taxi from your hotel. Now we have the problem of trying to get a refund.

Not happy at all with this Company. Booked a private transfer to pick us up from Dalaman airport last Thursday evening. We had to search for our name card, then the driver didn't know the way to the hotel we were staying in and had to stop twice on the way to ask. After being dropped at hotel (we still tipped) my son realised he had left his phone in the mini bus. My daughter in England then contacted the firm several times on our behalf and was told the driver had found the phone and would leave at hotel reception. Everyday we checked and rang but no phone. Tui rep rang and organised for the driver to meet us outside airport last night as we got off our transfer bus to hand my lads phone over bit no one there. One very upset boy coming home empty handed!!

My father booked a transfer with these guys and all I can say is don't bother they are scammers. My dad paid £112 for return transfers for my brother himself and my brothers 18 month old triplets. He first of all was told the payment didn't go thro on the site and then called to make a transaction over the phone. After payment being sent he received confirmation. This was booked 4 months in advance he also had to pay 20 quid each way per child seat doubling the price to £230. 6 weeks before the holiday my brother fell seriously ill and they had to cancel the holiday. When contacting rain transfers and asking to cancel and a refund we where told no problem as it was in there terms and conditions that as long as the cancellation is 4 weeks before travel then a full refund would be issued. I have rang there office emailed 12 times and still a year on no refund or reply. If you ring there office your told someone will call you back but never does. My father is 65 and I feel that they think it's acceptable to rip oaps off. DO NOT BOOK WITH RAINTRANSFERS THEY ARE A JOKE I have even screen shotted and sent the original copies of the emails and dates to there what's app and no reply. We just returned from another trip to marmaris and I can highly recommend Oyes transfers. Money taken on arrival and great prices.

Terrible experience!!! When landing no driver was there. We somehow managed to call them and they said that the driver is on his way (already 30min) after the actual time! They put as in a car and we waited 30 more minutes inside the car because they waited for more passengers alltough we booked a private drive. We hoped at least that the ride back from the hotel will be good but it was terrible too. The driver came 3 hours before we needed him and told us if we dont go with him now he wont return. We didnt go with him because we didnt want to be 6 hours in the airport. So at the end we had to pay for an extra taxi. Not recommandable!

Shame about the 1 star reviews. I booked 3 drops from Antalya Airport for a Mercedes 6 seater VIP transfer to hotels and back this month and the price was very good, better than what the airport taxis charge and very good cars and service received.

The windows did not open on the van. there were no child seats as ordered. the seat belts didn't work. I wouldn't mind but my kids are young and the guy couldn't drive. they did offer a £2 refund which was the icing on the cake

The company is an absolute fraud. I can only advise to not book with them. There are plenty of trustworthy companies around. We booked with them and apparently the payment didn't go through, so they send us a request to pay again which resulted in both transactions going through. We obviously contacted them immediately to get a refund which they agreed to, however 3 weeks later we still haven't received our money back. They claimed that they refunded it but still after 11 days we haven't received anything. Stay clear of these people unless you want to be ripped of your hard earned money!! I had to give one star just to be able to post this review. In fact these guys only deserve a minus rating!

I had booked 2 ways transfer, their service is excellent and best price i could find for a solo traveller. They are on time and will take care of you from your pick up point to your arrival destination. Highly recommended.
