Orijinal özelliği büyük ölçüde korunan camii, dıştan 9.25 x 12.20 m. boyutlarındaki harim ile Kuzey tarafına yerleştirilen 3.70 x 10.55 m. ölçülerinde üç gözlü son cemaat yeri ve kuzeydoğu köşesinde tek şerefeli minareden oluşur. Duvar ve minarede sarımtırak renkte ince yonu trakit taşı, son cemaat yerinin sütun ve cümle kapısının kemer ve sövelerinde bazalt, mihrapta alçı, örtü sisteminde ahşap ve kiremit malzeme kullanılmıştır. Camii duvarlarında tek sıra basık kemerli büyük pencereler açılarak cephe masifleri giderilmiştir. Yapı sadedir. Son cemaat yerinin sütunları, İon nizamının özelliklerini yansıtacak şekilde iki kıvrımlı başlıklara sahiptir. Cephe duvarları, pencerenin üst kısmından itibaren kornişle kuşatılmıştır. İç mekânda dikkati çeken süsleme ise mihrapta görülür. Mihrap mukarnas kav saralıdır. Taç kısmında üçgen alınlıklar olup kıvrım dal, lale ve çeşitli çiçeklerle bezenmiştir. The smaller and nicer of the two mosques in the inner castle, the Rahmaniye mosque, was built in 1747 by Abdurrahman Pasha, the announcer.
