Radisson Blu Hotel, Sakarya - MH No: 70/1

Not even deserve 1 star I went one of Radisson Blu hotel in Sakarya, Turkey. I am a US citizen and I’ve never have a terrible Hotel experience In my life. My wife and 4 year old son checked out same night at 12.15am because of the mosquitos. Omg they were all over and I took pictures of the bloods over the wall from previous customers. We called the front desk to change our room he said our room is the one of the less mosquitoes. He said they’ve been having problem with that for awhile but they don’t have any medicine or any spray. Our 4 year old got bitten a lot and he got rashes all over him and we had to left and buy medicine middle of the night and he was crying not to go back to hotel. Therefore we requested our money back from hotel supervisor and she was very rude and unprofessional her name was Fatma Y***kaya rejected us not offering any solutions. We’ve never expected from name chain hotel like Radisson Blu. Very disappointed. We are planning to take this case over local agency authorities to take care of this problem. P.s. I mention being a US citizen because Radisson isn’t main office is in USA. I trusted this brand but not in SAKARYA. IF YOU BELIEVE IN GOD I BELIEVE IN KARMA !!! A horrible hotel, that shamelessly serves food that has gone bad days ago. The staff is rude with the cleaning lady just barging in without even knocking on the door and the front office manager acts like she just works there and isn’t a manager who also told the security to not let my girlfriend in if she comes back and told us that we don’t have a reservation number.

It was a pleasant experience for me The breakfast was such a great food I really enjoyed the reception and all the staff were really great and the spa truly great amazing massage I had the Turkish hamam was so good and fun You really guys should try that hotel

The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff are very friendly and respectful, the food is great. The only problem is that no one on the reception desk speaks English, French or Arabic only Turkish it was very hard to communicate with the staff. We wished there was a tourist adviser or any person to ask any questions about the city or the activities near by.

We loved this premise, very kind staff, beautifull front desk, outstanding kindness, of course still needs procedures implementation in kichen/ restaurant reorganization and food quality upgrade...But thank you to all Staff, Front desk, housekeeping, Spa, management that were all one of a kind and most of the time Amazing...Always willing to help and most importantly to learn to make it better... Thank you, Will certainly revisit when around...Keep up the excellent job ?. Recommended ...

Clean rooms, friendly staff and good facilities. If you are driving carpark is available. I really enjoyed the breakfast and highly recommend to use spa facilities.

I actually didn’t like the Animal culture. There are dogs and cats just wondering around like it is a cheap motel. The Radisson Blu standard is not kept. For example, there is usually 1-2 stray dogs near the entrance gate.I am not saying that they attack people, but if I am going to a 4-star or 5-star hotel, I do not expect to see such things which are basically found in small hotels in India. Also, I wanted to have a massage, but the girl at massage reception had a CAT. This is not professional as some people are allergic to animal fur and can get seriously sick. I know animals are cute for some people but please separate private and professional activities. Radisson Blu is a 5-star hotel chain. I know Sakarya is a small city but Radisson Blu name is big. Please improve.

That’s best hotel in Sakarya I have to say. And this time I got the upgrade from hotel, the room is big and clean and new. Everything is perfect. I was enjoying for two days here, for my business trip. If you don’t have local currency, you could exchange your euro in the reception.
