★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sezon sonu olması sebebiyle istediğimiz gibi birşeyler yiyemedik. Tereyağında istridye mantar, Girit meze çok lezzetliydi. 35 lik rakı 250 TL ydi (16 Ocak 2022) Balık olmayan bir menüde 600 TL ye yakın para ödedik. Günümüzün ve Side'nin şartları bu şekilde olsa gerek.
 Due to the end of the season, we could not eat as much as we wanted. Oyster mushrooms in butter, Cretan appetizer was delicious. Raki for 35 was 250 TL (January 16, 2022) We paid close to 600 TL for a menu without fish. Today's and Side's conditions must be like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last went to Side 4 years ago and used to go into a very nice cafe. Went back a couple of months ago and the cafe had been taken over. It is now a restaurant run by Metin. What a fabulous place. Superb service, wonderful food, live music, great atmosphere, really friendly and attentive.

Unfortunately when it came to the payment strange thing occurred. The restaurant charged us in roubles while the waiter insisted that they charged us in euro, so in total we had to pay around 15 euro extra for the dinner from my euro card.
Also when you try to pay by card they are saying about some 10% commission, this might be a common practice in Turkey, but when you have a decent bill you really want to know that upfront, and not after you already had a wonderful dinner.
My advice for you is to make sure you have enough cash with you, otherwise you might get into this stupid situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not cheap but worth it. Beautiful atmosphere, good meze’s and service. For 5 meze’s, 2 plates of melon and a bottle if raki cost about 500 try.
