The place I went to about 2 months ago was an average waffle that cannot be said to be superior in taste, but the main reason I gave this score is the attitude of the person in the black coat to the employees there. People may make mistakes while working, please be a little more understanding.

Sanki zorla gelip zorla hizmet ettiriyormuş gibi bi muamele yedik. Ben asıl queen waffle yi kayseride tecrübe etmiş ve çok beğenmiştim. Aynısını ürgüpte görünce arkadaşlarıma çok överek tavsiye ettim. Geldiğimizde hayal kırıklıyığla başladı herşey. 4 tane waffle söyledik. Sadece görüntü beklediğim gibiydi. Hamuru pişmemişti. İçi çiğ kalmıştı. Yanına çay söyledik. 45 dakika bekledik çay da gelmedi. Tamamen pişmanlık. It is a place that I bring praise to my friends and regret that I praised it so much afterwards. I'm giving 2 stars just because it's hard work. No friendliness in service. We were treated as if we were forced to come and serve. I had actually experienced the queen waffle in Kayseri and liked it very much. When I saw the same in Ürgüp, I highly recommended it to my friends. Everything started with disappointment when we arrived. We ordered 4 waffles. The image was just as I expected. The dough was not cooked. It was raw inside. We ordered tea with it. We waited for 45 minutes and the tea did not come. Total regret.

Güler yüzlü personelleri var. Yemek menüsü de fiyat olarak Nevşehir için çok uygun. Kahvaltı menüsü çok uygun ve çok çeşitli. Çok memnun kaldık. Biraz daha kaliteli malzeme ile beş yıldız alabilirdi. The place is beautifully designed. It is located in the city center of Urgup. Waffles are good but the fruits used can be chosen fresher. Could have gotten five stars with slightly better quality material.
