★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not follow the rules of the pandemic. Too many customers inside, rooms and hamam is not cleaned after use. No one asks for hes codes, personnel should wear masks but they dont. They waited us for more than 30 minutes because they have taken other customers for the time of our reservation. So called manager of the facility has got very poor communication skills and he can not solve any issues. We just wanted to relax but this place just ruined our 2 hours.. the service is cheap but so is the facility…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was much better than I expected. Sauna, steam room, hamam experience and 1hr massage for two was only 500TL. They have massage therapists from Bali who did the exfoliating scrub and washing in hamam and 1hr massage which was great. Definitely recommend. Great value for money

Overall service can be improved for foreigners with a bit more attention to detail. Perhaps explaining the process, letting the customer know what to do. Putting signs with instructions in different languages can help solve some misunderstandings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only guy who is washing you in the hamam is the best. Massage is the worsth massage in the world girla doing like really soft and feels like they dont want to do anymore this job so they might be able to only face massage lol. In the shower there wasnt hook up ur towel thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I went to Queen Spa in October, which is off season for the Bodrum area. We were looking for a high quality local spa experience at a reasonable price and the Queen Spa absolutely delivered.
The staff were polite and friendly, the facilities were clean and tidy with a nice ambience. Lockers were secure aswell which gave us peace of mind when going for our treatments.
My partner and I had a sauna session for about 20 mins followed by a 20 minutes Hamam and an hour massage all finished by a clay mask at the end.
Overall a great experience at a good price. 220 TL each for all the above. Thank you so much Queen Spa. We will be visiting again next time we’re in Bodrum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very decent spa and hamam place. Definitely a place to go. Clean and tidy place. Has electronic lockers and privacy changing rooms. It is a large place and you can get lost however the staff are always there to guide you. For 250tl per person you get the full package and they will take the time to pamper you. It lasted forever not rushed at all.
