Best hotel where I was in Turkey. Big territory, good entertainment for kids and adults! Clean and beautiful sea. Kindly staff and very delicious food! Highly recommended!

I'm and my family so delightful about our vacation here, so we plan to return again our next trip to Turkey. And now step by step review: * Stuff very pleasant and polite, most of whom are talking Russian, and ready to help after first appeal. * Happiness team are fun and motivated. Such corresponds to both children and adult activities. * While we rest there for 7 nights, we saw 2 big and fabulous shows. * Room with sea view was not perfect, but good, with some little problems that didn't heart out mood at all. Inside we found shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap in huge amount. Hair dryer was included. * SPA had free saunas, so you can ignore payment service that we had used without any regret. * Aquapark for children and adults was great and gave possibility to switch between sea and pool. * Beech is wide, clean and useful. There is a pier and a pontoon, which offer a beautiful view of the entire area. * Food is great, sweets are taste and morning orange juice is fresh. Fish cafe (a la card) was very perfect as in service, same in dishes. * Most of the guests was from Ukraine, Russian, Kazakhstan, Belorussia. Be aware: there are no room with iron or other alternative, except payment ironing service wich good enough to use it.

Great place for a family vacation. Great aquapark, great entertainment team. Lots of fun, good food, polite and warm welcoming staff. Recommended for those, who seek family vacation with lots of activities

Very nice Russian speaking hotel, well maintained and with well educated people . A bit costy but selection is made on this criteria (yes i know, not the best one...), But people there are nice. Personal is nice too (very few English or other language than Russian speaking). Elegant gardens, nice pools, non intrusive animation during the day and nice shows at night. Not Club Med level maybe (see in Palmye in Kemer) but much better ratio quality to price. Beach is average as always in Turkey as it's a mix of sand and gravel. So, not specific to this hotel. Aquapark of high level, just at the entry of the resort. Children will love it! For adults AND children. Highly recomendable on all aspects. And incredible prices departing from Kiev !

We came to this hotel from 5 days of Lykia way hiking, ready to pay whatever they ask for the room. But security didn’t allow us to come to reception and even refused to check availability at the hotel. Avoid this place.

Very friendly family run hotel, very helpful and attentive staff, great location. Delicious food, even fruit, compared to other hotels in Turkey - delicious, I remember ice cream and huge tuna. Nice water park. Great animators, really funny and charismatic MC, good evening show. I have a rest in Turkey more than once, compared to Rixos Tekirova - not a bit worse. In general, the hotel has an atmosphere of comfort and friendliness. Had a great vacation thanks to the hotel team.

Long comment short: if you still thinking and choosing hotels to go = take this one for sure and in 95% I can guarantee you that you will be satisfied ? What was great? Facility / Service / beach / food 5+ stars. All personel is Client Russian and some speak english. Good Quality Service (personel not beggin you for tips every second). Very pleasant animation - activities non stop! And very big plus for night programs & shows = they all were amazing! What i would improve: alkohol choice on „All-In” (imported Alco only on several bars + for cocktails they mainly use alcohol from “tap”). There was no shredder for ice in any of bars. Bartenders don’t know basic-10 cocktails card. While having enough ingredients for White Russian / Negroni = they were not aware how to do it and I was required to google to show to them ? If you want good number (level-up or renovated): chose “deluxe” room. They located on right wing on 1 and 5th floor and on left wing = 5th floor.

Everything great! Compact and well organized territory. Great food and service, very polite and friendly personal. Great aquapark for adults and kids. Entertainment also great as for kids, as for adults. Most people that are resting here are Russians and Ukrainians, so entertainment like music is mostly oriented for them.
