Quattro Beach Spa & Resort

Stayed for 10 days at the end of September and had a great time. Hotel was really clean with staff cleaning constantly throughout the day, lots of staff clearing tables all over and they were all super friendly. Food was excellent and a good selection that varied slightly most days, the hotel had a Gala night while we stayed and the amount of effort put into transforming the entire pool area into an area to eat and get freshly cooked food was amazing! Entertainment was about as good as you can get in hotel resorts such as this. A different act each night on the huge stage at the side of the pool, the entertainment team were also on the go all day with pool games and activities. Overall a great holiday, worth noting if you like to sunbathe in peace this may not be the hotel for you. Music was blasting out around the pool area all day but you can always head to the beach for more peace and quiet.

The hotel is nice and clean but service sooo bad. The worst service that we ever had. From the first day we had problems. But the last day was the worsiest. We had flight and our transport was supposed to pick up us on 12 night they asked us to leave a room at noon. How it's possible. We tried to talk with the manager he never showed up showed up

The place is wonderful , the people is very friendly and helpful. My honeymoon was dream here. Nice to meet you next year . ? Love Turkey, Quattro. ?

I’m leaving the hotel in 2 days and my experience has been amazing so far. The service is great,there is staff everywhere and the hotel is veryy clean.(it’s also corona safe) The food is also very nice and i’m surprised that the wifi works veryy good. Overall the hotel is a 10/10.

Whe book a standard room with sea views A standard room with sea view includes 1 standard bed for 2 persons and 1 small bed for one person. When we arrived at the hotel they said us our check in time is 15:00,but in our confirmation is 14:00,at 14:30 they said WE DON’T HAVE ROOMS WITH SEA VIEW AND 2 BEDS, we being 5 families, we were irritated by the given situation, they offered us accommodation in an older hotel we refused because we paid a lot of money on our rooms to have a sea view and 2 beds for our kids. After couples hours they find some rooms with 1bed and side sea view,we refused,at 17:00 they find only 4 rooms for us,me and my wife and one year old son and I stayed until 18:30 to give us the room,and they put us a 1 bed for 2 person and a small cot. The staff is very rude and unprofessional,manager is inadequate. Don’t expect a good drinks from them, the beer is just water and nothing more,something better like CHIVAS,Jack Daniels is for EXTRA COST. The food is not tasty, you have no choice,a lot of salads and potatoes,fishes, you have to forget about meat when you come here I think the meat is too expensive for them. Sushi,crawfish have no taste,night bar is till 02:00 and they said they have a night restaurant..FAKE. At 00:00 the lights go out,they clean the rooms periodically not every day or you need to call them and ask for cleaning. These guys did their best to make my vacation seem like a torment. Definitely not a 5 star hotel

So we stayed here for a week with my family and we really had an amazing holiday. Everything was cured to detail the hotel is really clean and good organized, there was every night a different entertainment show. The personal is so friendly and everywhere to find. We can only recommend it 10/10

10/10 Best hotel I visited. Very clean and large. Not all staff know English but the they're very friendly and helpful. Animation team is nice. The shows at the amphitheater were creative and interesting. Hope to come back here in a year.

Great value for the money. Clean, nice and helpful staff. Tasty food and every day is filled with optional activities. Shows at night are awesome, our son did not miss a single one. We will be coming back.
