No:34 adresindeki şubeye gittiğimde yine rezil bir hizmetle yönetmen h.hanım bana enpara müşterisi olduğum için zaten masrafsız bankacılıkmış vb. bir cevap aldım her neyse evrakları aldığımda yarım saat geçmişti ve bu önemsizmişim gibi davranılmaktan mı kaynaklandı bilmiyorum randevuyu kaçırdım ve hiç bir işe yaramadı.
I needed a wet signed extract and I directed it to this branch. Meşrutiyet Cd. No: 34 when I went to the branch at the address, again, with a disgraceful service, the director h.hanım was already an inexpensive banking for me because I was a customer of money, etc. I received an answer anyway, it was half an hour when I received the documents and I do not know if this was caused by being unimportant. I missed the appointment and it did not work at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atm lerinde he gittiğimde sorun yaşıyorum. ya para sıkışıyor yada kartımı yutuyor. yardım için sıra bekliyorum. ama şubeden kesinlikle yardımcı olmuyorlar.
I have a problem every time I go to their ATM. either the money is stuck or it is swallowing my card. waiting in line for help. but they certainly do not help from the branch.

The staff is rude and disinterested, the waiting time for the transaction is too long. When you state this situation, they are so impudent to say that you can complain wherever you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 aralık günü şubeye geldim tek kişi çalışıyordu ve dışarda asla ilerlemeyen uzuuun bir kuyruk oluştu. Ankaranın göbeğinde böyle bir durum kabul edilebilir değil!
I came to the branch on December 10th, only one person was working and there was a long queue outside that never moved. Such a situation in the heart of Ankara is unacceptable!
