★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daha önce finansbankta işlemlerimi gerçekleştirdiğim zaman hep yardımcı olurlardı fakat bu sefer gişedeki beyefendinin ilgisizliği yüzünden 150 lira civarı param yandı. Gittiğim zamanda yardımcı olmayıp gönderdiler. Bu şubeyi kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
When I performed my transactions in Finansbank before, they were always helpful, but this time my money was burned due to the indifference of the gentleman at the box office. When I went, they did not help but sent. I definitely do not recommend this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 05.03.2021 Tarih itibariyle sabah saatlerinde iş bankası hesabımdan,Yine aynı şekilde bu şubedeki hesabıma iban yerine isme para göndeme gerçeklestirdim.Fakat para hesabima geçmedi. Banka görevlilerini aradim kimse yardimci olmadi.Şuan para nerde bilmiyorum.Ama hiç kimse ufak küsüratlı parayla uğraşmiyor
O yüzden bir yıldızi haketmeyen bankayı ben napayım.Yınede verdim.
As of 05.03.2021, I sent money from my İşbank account in the morning, to my account in this branch in the same way, instead of iban, but the money was not transferred to my account. I called the bank staff and nobody helped. I don't know where the money is now. But nobody is dealing with a small fraction of money.
That's why I give the bank that does not deserve a star.
