Kaya gövde dolgu tipi olan barajın gövde hacmi 2.820.000 m³, akarsu yatağından yüksekliği 86,00 m., normal su kotunda göl hacmi 95,20 hm³, normal su kotunda göl alanı 4,20 km²'dir. Baraj 10.924 hektarlık bir alana sulama hizmeti vermektedir.
Pusat-Özen Dam is a dam built in Sivas, on Pusat Stream, for irrigation purposes between 1996-2002.
The body volume of the dam, which is the rock body filling type, is 2.820.000 m³, its height from the river bed is 86.00 m., The lake volume at normal water level is 95.20 hm³, the lake area at normal water level is 4.20 km². The dam provides irrigation services to an area of 10,924 hectares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir kaç saat vakit geçirmek için kesinlikle harika bir yer. Hafikten Doğanşara giderken yol üzerinde yeşil mescit görürsünüz orda 6-7 adet çardak ve mangal yerleri mevcut. Çeşme de var . Sakin ve huzur verici. Manzara çok güzel.. Güzel Ülkemizin her karışı görülmeye değer ??
It's definitely a great place to spend a few hours. On the way from Hafik to Doğanşara, you will see a green mosque on the road, there are 6-7 pergolas and barbecue places. There is also a fountain. It is calm and peaceful. The view is very beautiful .. Beautiful Every part of our country is worth seeing ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doğanşar-Hafik yolundan geçerken baraj aşağıda kalıyor yukardan manzara çok iyi.Yol üstünde çardaklar ve mangal alanı bulabilirsiniz sık sık ama barajın çevresine yukarı kısımlarda konulsa şahane olurmuş.Manzarası güzel.
While passing through Doğanşar-Hafik road, the dam stays below and the view from above is very good. You can often find gazebos and barbecue areas on the road, but it would be wonderful if they were placed in the upper parts around the dam. The view is beautiful.
