★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasaport yenileme için randevu aldım. Randevu saatinden yarım saat önce oradaydım. Sıra Matik cihazından randevu fişini aldım. 2 dakika içerisinde numaram yandı. İşlemleri o kadar hızlı hallettiler ki inanamadım. Normalde Devlet daireleri çok yavaş olur. Fakat nüfus müdürlükleri çok hızlı. Memurlar çok ilgililer. En azından bana bakan memur çok ilgiliydi. Hem sohbet ediyor hemde hızlı bir şekilde işlerimi hallediyor. Sabah 10'da pasaport yenileme başvurusunu yaptım. Öğlen 12'de pasaportumu aldım. Gerçekten inanılır gibi değil. Teşekkürler ?
I made an appointment for passport renewal. I was there half an hour before the appointment time. I received the appointment slip from the queue Matik device. Within 2 minutes, my number was burned. They handled the transactions so quickly that I couldn't believe it. Normally Government offices are very slow. But the population directorates are very fast. Officers are very involved. At least the officer who looked after me was very interested. He chats and gets things done quickly. I applied for passport renewal at 10 am. I got my passport at 12 noon. It's really unbelievable. Thanks ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resmi kurumlarda işler alengirli olur normalde. Burda nüfus cüzdanı değişikliği+adres değişikliği toplasanız 15 dk ya sürdü ya sürmedi. Memurlara helal olsun, guleryuzlu anlayışlı memurlar.
Bina yapılırken maalesef yerlesim yerinin biraz dışında kalmış ama yapılaşma böyle son sürat devam ederken çok değil birkaç yıla şehrin göbeğinde olmuş olur.

Normally, things are tricky in official institutions. If you add the identity card change+address change here, it either took 15 minutes or it didn't. Good luck to the officers, courteous and understanding officers.
Unfortunately, when the building was being built, it was a bit outside the settlement, but while the construction continues at full speed, it will have been in the heart of the city for a few years.
